Play Sound After Transfer Call

Hi,

I using VoiceGuide for Dialogic v6.0.3186, windows2000 and dialogic d/41EPCI.

I make transfer call Dialout and conference , and make duration of this call to 10 sec (after transfer call, goto play module, don't set any wav file, and type "on {timeout 10} goto"

(time for call for example 10 sec, I get from database, but this is never mind, this is not problem)

After this (10 sec) goto to new play module when call sound file : "Time for call is out.." , but I don't hear that message on the phone!

I got one more problem: becouse connect GSM gateway EricssonF250m to dialogic, I don't detect disconnect tone! Also I don't detect key tone from mobile phone.

 

Into log.zip file is all log files, cofig files an vg.ini

Injecting of sound file into the 'Dial and Conference' connection like that will not work on analog cards - only on digital cards.

 

It is possible to play a sound on the 'Dial and Conference' connection like that, bit it would require a customized add-on. Please contact sales@voiceguide.com for more information on this.
